What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time RN position at Senior Helpers?
Objective: The Part-Time RN will work closely with Ownership and Client Care Managers to ensure a high level of care for Seniors throughout the Community. He/She will also play a key role in ensuring that the non-medical care team receives needed training to safely care for their clients.

- Provide training of field staff during new hire orientation
- Assist in identifying and closing training gaps within staff
- Conduct Caregiver Skills Assessments and Health Screening during Orientation
- Ensures that training programs meet internal and external compliance standards
- Field supervisory visits to ensure compliance
- Conduct Nurse visits/assessments to determine care needs.
- Develop Care Plans for new and existing clients based on in-home assessments.
- Provide oversight and sign-off of client Care Plans
- Participate in Marketing meetings and events with key referral sources
- Previous industry experience required - Homecare, Hospice, Home Health, Nursing Home, Assisted Living
- Three years of related work experience strongly preferred
- Dementia training or experience required
- Current RN Registration in State of South Carolina
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills and follow-up skills with prospects, clients, and client families
- Ability to quickly build rapport with people of all cultures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet, and Outlook required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary : $35 - $45
