What You’ll Receive:

This position combines office management with hands-on caregiving support in the Ames area.
Office Management Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases
- Support hiring efforts, including candidate interviews and onboarding
- Assist with project tracking, deadlines, and operational tasks
- Conduct research and assist leadership with special projects
- Ensure excellent customer service for clients and families
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, meal prep, light housekeeping)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and dignified home environment
- Step in to support care coverage in the Ames area when needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
- Administrative experience (2 years required)
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services preferred
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Professional phone presence
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Ames area
- Compassionate, dependable, and service-driven attitude
