Senior Helpers - Menomonee Falls, WI is expanding its team of devoted caregivers seeking individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional, kind, and professional care. Responsibilities:

• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a sense of comfort and meaningful connection throughout the night.
• Assist with nightly activities of daily living (ADLs), including eating, walking, dressing, grooming, and other essential self-care tasks as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the client’s care team to provide updates and promptly report any significant changes in health or well-being.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with dependable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Demonstrate a genuine commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors.
• Exhibit compassion, patience, and a thorough understanding of the unique needs of older adults during night care.
