Responsibilities
- Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
- Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities
- Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up
- Assist with training new caregivers
- Model professionalism and reliability
- Step in as needed for coverage
- Be available to respond to urgent staffing needs, call offs, or client concerns during assigned on-call week.
- Coordinate with families and staff.
- Maintain accurate notes
- Update office staff of any changes with clients
- Coordinate with families and staff.
- Willing to travel around the North of Mississippi
- Caring and Compassionate—you enjoy helping others
- Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance or nursing assistance
- Highly Desired: Applicants with CNA, PCA, RN, LPN, LVN, HHA Certification
- $16/hr after 90 days, promotion will be given.
