Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, individualized care that addresses the unique needs of each client.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to mobility assistance, medication reminders, and meal preparation.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of care provided, promptly reporting any changes in the client’s condition.
- Work collaboratively with family members, healthcare professionals, and fellow team members to ensure comprehensive and continuous care.
- High school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years of age.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in a home-based care setting.
