Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work
- Repairing or replacing appliances, fixtures, and furniture
- Assessing and addressing general home repair needs
- Completing tasks efficiently and effectively
- Prior experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
