Pay Rates
- Standard Pay: $15 - $19 per hour
- Weekend Premium Pay: $16 - $20 per hour
- Assist clients with daily living activities, if needed, including:
- Bathing, personal hygiene, dressing and grooming, toileting and adult diapering
- Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide medication reminders
- Monitor and report changes in client condition and accurately document care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands when needed
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Proven reliability and punctuality are essential
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screening
- Caregiving experience preferred but not required
- Parkinson’s and Dementia care experience is a plus but not required
