What You Will DoClient Satisfaction & Retention
- Build strong relationships with clients and families
- Conduct weekly calls and monthly in-home visits
- Ensure caregivers are the right match for each client
- Resolve concerns quickly and professionally
- Maintain 95% client retention
Grow Client Hours (“Farming”)
- Identify evolving client needs
- Recommend additional care hours in a supportive, helpful way
- Meet monthly hour growth goals (5–15% across caseload)
- Track and report growth using simple tools
Reputation, Reviews & Referrals
- Request 5-star Google reviews from happy clients
- Generate 3–8 new reviews per month
- Ask families for referrals and maintain a warm referral pipeline
- Turn referrals into active care clients (1–3 per month)
Operational Excellence
- Work closely with scheduling to ensure consistent coverage
- Participate in care plan updates and service adjustments
- Document all client interactions, updates, and concerns
- Support onboarding of new clients with seamless communication
Compensation & Bonus Structure
Base Salary: $50,000–$55,000 annually (depending on experience)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000–$100,000 annually
This includes base salary plus performance-based bonuses; high performers often exceed $100k.
Performance Bonuses Include:
- Billable Hour Growth Bonus: Earn for every new weekly billable hour you grow
- Referral Bonus: Paid for every family referral that converts
- Client Retention Bonus: Monthly payout for maintaining high satisfaction and retention
- Quarterly Performance Bonuses: Additional earnings tied to hitting KPI targets
