We are seeking a driven, professional, and results-oriented Community Growth Specialist to expand our presence throughout the Lincoln market and help connect families with high-quality in-home care services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, developing referral partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth through community engagement.
Compensation
Base Salary: $52,000 annually
Performance-based bonus opportunities
Total earning potential designed to reach $60,000-$75,000 annually based on results
Incentive Structure
Weighted Client Start Bonuses
Bonuses are earned after clients remain active for 30 days and are weighted based on authorized weekly hours:
5-10 hours/week → $50
11-20 hours/week → $125
21-40 hours/week → $250
40 hours/week → $400
Lead Source Development Bonuses
Earn additional bonuses for developing productive referral relationships.
New referral sources that generate at least two client starts within 90 days may qualify for bonuses ranging from:
$150-$500 depending on source type and production
Examples of referral partners include:
Assisted living communities
Hospitals
Skilled nursing facilities
Hospice organizations
Physician offices
Community organizations

Quarterly bonus opportunities based on active producing referral relationships:
5 active referral sources → $500
10 active referral sources → $1,250
15 active referral sources → $2,000

Census growth

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain referral relationships throughout the community
Represent Senior Helpers at networking and outreach events
Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare and senior service providers
Convert referral opportunities into active clients
Create and coordinate local marketing initiatives to support growth objectives
Manage and maintain local social media presence across approved platforms
Develop and schedule social media content that promotes services, caregiver recruitment, community involvement, education, and brand awareness
Capture and share community events, partnerships, and success stories while maintaining brand standards
Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to increase local visibility
Track outreach activity, referral development, and growth goals
Support long-term growth initiatives
Qualifications
Experience in community relations, healthcare outreach, sales, business development, marketing, or related fields preferred
Experience managing business social media accounts and creating professional content preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships and priorities
Experience in home care, senior services, healthcare, referral development, or digital marketing is a plus
