- Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Mobility Support: Help with safe transfers, repositioning, and movement
- Meal Assistance: Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and monitor intake
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and reduce isolation
- Home Environment: Keep spaces clean, safe, and organized
- Safety & Health: Follow infection control protocols and PPE guidelines
- Documentation: Record care provided and report any changes or concerns
- Active Virginia CNA certification
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and age 18
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- Proficient smartphone use for scheduling and care documentation
- Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus)
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and daily tasks
- A team-first mindset and a genuine passion for helping others
- Ability to pass background checks, health screenings, DMV check, and drug screening
