Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one care for seniors in their homes.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and bathing.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Help clients stay active and engaged in daily activities.
- Are caring and compassionate with a genuine desire to help others.
- Enjoy making a positive impact in the lives of seniors.
- Are motivated and eager to grow both personally and professionally.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a flexible and dependable work ethic.
- Must complete State required Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration and Livescan fingerprinting before orientation
- Provide current negative TB test
- Must have at least 1 year experience assisting adults with personal care, including diaper changes
- This can include assisting family members, working in facilities, or in-home care
- Flexible hours
- Pay Rate: $17-18/hour
