Compensation & Scheduling
- Competitive pay: $17-$20 per hour (based on experience & availability)

Provide personalized, in-home support that helps seniors remain safe and independent:
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
- Offer companionship and conversation
- Help with meal prep and light housekeeping
- Support mobility, transfers, and safety
- Observe and communicate client condition changes
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation
- Willingness to complete TB screening
- Weekend availability is a plus
- Caregiving, PCA, or CNA experience preferred—but not required
