Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Caregiver/CNA located in west Houston, TX. The Caregiver/CNA will assist with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and mobility. The role also involves providing companionship, monitoring health conditions, medication reminders, and light housekeeping duties. Furthermore, the Caregiver/CNA will support specialized care plans as per the client's medical and emotional needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing personal care, such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting
- Skills in mobility assistance and ensuring safety for clients
- Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and cooking
- Experience in Alzheimer's, Dementia and Parkinson's care is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is advantageous
