The Role: A Dual Focus on Clients & Caregivers (Now Hiring!)
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will be the primary bridge between the families we serve and the caregivers who provide that care.
Client Services, Sales, and Retention: Oversee the entire client intake process, from taking inquiry calls to meeting ambitious conversion targets. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and reassessments, establishing a systematic visit schedule to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Strategic Growth: Drive internal monthly growth consistent with company goals and manage a client retention dashboard to proactively replace lost hours and enhance seniors' quality of life.
Caregiver Management: Manage caregivers and implement performance improvement and training programs. Deliver onboarding and specialized training (e.g., Dementia, Alzheimer's) developed with leading medical facilities.
Quality Assurance: Oversee site checks to ensure care plans are implemented correctly and lead morale-boosting programs like "Caregiver of the Month".
Administrative Leadership: Maintain highly organized physical and electronic files for clients and caregivers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and accessible.
Who You Are
Certified: Must be a current WA Home Care Aide Certified (HCA-C) or NAC/CNA.
Experienced: Hands-on home care experience is strongly preferred.
Leadership: Minimum of two years of proven management experience in a home health or related setting and a Bachelor’s Degree.
Able to visit clients’ homes in the assigned territory and work out of the Lynnwood, WA office.

Salary: $23.00-$29.00 per hour full time hourly paid bi-weekly
