What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a business development plan for Silver Spring and surrounding communities
- Build referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, rehab facilities, assisted living and skilled nursing communities, hospice agencies, and other healthcare partners
- Prospect through cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and community events
- Manage and grow a referral pipeline using our CRM
- Run sales presentations, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach events
- Track pipeline performance, referral trends, and conversion metrics
- 5 years of outside sales or business development experience
- Healthcare, senior care, home health, hospice, or related healthcare sales background preferred
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Confident prospecting, cold-calling, and closing
- Strong CRM and organizational habits
- Comfortable being measured on activity and results, not just relationships
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance
- Existing referral relationships in Silver Spring's healthcare community
- Experience selling services, not products
- Knowledge of the local senior care continuum
$75k base (commensurate with experience)
- Uncapped commission on new client revenue
- First-year OTE $120,000
