About the Role
As a CNA with Senior Helpers, you will play a vital role in helping seniors maintain their safety, comfort, and independence. You will provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with the clients you serve. Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Support mobility needs, including transfers and ambulation

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and routine daily tasks

Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition

Maintain clear and accurate documentation according to agency standards

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team

Follow care plans and safety protocols at all times
