Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (i.e. mobility, eating, bathing, dressing, and toileting)
• Transferring and positioning of client
• Observing and reporting changes of physical and mental conditions
• Companionship and conversation
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
