Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Scheduler - Bilingual (English & Spanish) located in Pompano Beach, FL. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and managing caregiver schedules, maintaining communication between clients and caregivers, and ensuring that all shifts are filled. Day-to-day tasks include inputting and updating schedule information in the database, responding to scheduling inquiries, and resolving any scheduling conflicts. The Scheduler will also assist with client and caregiver satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with scheduling software and database management
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare management is a plus
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
