Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial for driving community engagement and expanding our In-Home Care services in the Green Bay area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Sales and Community Relationships in the HealthCare Industry, with a passion for connecting with the community and promoting our services to potential clients and referral sources.
Community Engagement: Actively promote our In-Home Care services within the community, establishing relationships with potential clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
Lead Generation: Identify new leads, nurture existing relationships, and develop strategies to grow our client base. Utilize effective communication skills to engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone and email.
Networking & Partnerships: Build relationships with industry professionals and key influencers to foster partnerships that drive business opportunities. Execute the marketing plan to accelerate business development and brand recognition.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data to identify trends, address potential challenges, and develop effective solutions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Education: A bachelors degree in health administration preferred or equivalent years of experience in business, public health, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting with a focus on marketing, business development, or community engagement. A strong understanding of care management principles and practices is necessary.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and community partners.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with healthcare software.
