Senior Helpers of Minneapolis–St. Paul is hiring compassionate caregivers who want meaningful work, flexible schedules, and a team that truly supports them.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with mobility, transfers, and safety
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Support clients with dementia, transitional, or respite care

What You Need:
- Must be 18 years old
- 6 months caregiving experience preferred (CNA/PCA/HHA encouraged to apply)
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable using a smartphone/apps
- Ability to pass a background check
