We are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to join our Maryville team and support our Maryville & Knoxville locations. This position will support Business Development, Finance & Accounting, VA Billing, and Operations, making it an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with numbers and systems, and enjoys helping a team succeed.
What You'll Do
Business Development Support
- Respond to service inquiries and digital leads for our Maryville and Knoxville locations when available.
- Enter and maintain prospect information in WellSky and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Support client assessments, marketing events, community outreach, and other Business Development initiatives.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to help create a positive experience for prospective clients and referral partners.
Finance & Accounting Support
- Manage weekly reconciliation of Paradigm and VA Optum invoices.
- Assist with billing backlogs, account cleanup, and resolution of discrepancies.
- Participate in monthly meetings with our Paradigm Account Specialist to review account status and address billing issues.
- Assist with daily and monthly account reconciliations in QuickBooks.
- Complete daily shift reconciliations for the Maryville office.
VA Billing & Documentation
- Complete VA note submissions as requested.
- Review veteran shift tasks and documentation daily to ensure compliance with VA requirements.
- Assist with monitoring VA authorizations and follow up with appropriate parties to ensure authorizations are received in a timely manner.
Operations Support
- Provide field support when needed, including client introductions and assisting with coverage of shifts.
- Step in where needed to help the Operations team maintain reliable service for our clients and Veterans.

This isn't a traditional administrative position. The Business Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping our business organized, financially accurate, operationally efficient, and responsive to the needs of our clients and team.
You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the organization and develop a broad understanding of home care operations, business development, finance, VA services, and client care.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range is $45,000 - $52,000 dependent upon experience and skills.
- Annual performance-based bonus opportunity of approximately 5–15% of base salary, based on company and territory performance.
- 10 vacation days annually
