Client Care Success Manager (CNA Required) – Join Our Growing Team!
Are you a compassionate, experienced caregiver ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Client Care Success Manager to help lead our caregiving team while continuing to provide exceptional, hands-on care to our clients.
This is a great opportunity for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Washington State who enjoys both caregiving and supporting a team.
Requirements:
Active CNA license in Washington State (required)
Pass Background and drug screening (required)
Strong caregiving experience with seniors
Leadership or mentoring experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Client Care:
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility/transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform household tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
Provide medication reminders and assistance as allowed by credentials
Monitor and report changes in client condition to the office
Client check-in’s
Care Coordination & Documentation:
Document daily activities in Wellsky
Accurately record hours and services in a daily End of Day Report
Submit completed and signed documentation daily
Report significant client updates immediately
Maintain a weekly schedule of caregivers
Work with Director of Client Care and Services to schedule caregiver shifts
Team Leadership & Support:
Mentor and train new caregivers
Provide guidance on more complex client cases
Step in to cover call-offs or urgent shifts as needed
Pop-up to caregivers on shift to perform caregiver evaluations
Operations Support:
Assist with shift management, including attendance and coverage of open shifts
Communicate regularly with scheduling and office staff
Help onboard new clients and ensure smooth care transitions
Monitor supplies and ensure compliance with company policies, including HIPAA and timekeeping standards
Follow all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook and Training Manual
Perform new client assessments
Light marketing duties
