What You’ll Do
Grow and Develop Our Caregiver Team
You’ll assist with caregiver on-boarding, teach hands‑on skills, deliver specialized programs (Senior Gems, Parkinson’s Care), and coach caregivers as they grow. You’ll be the person who helps them feel prepared, capable, and valued.
Keep Our Care Team Running Smoothly
You’ll help match caregivers to clients, support schedule changes, assist with call‑outs, and ensure time cards and schedules stay accurate. Your coordination helps clients receive consistent, high‑quality care.
Build a Positive, Supportive Caregiver Culture
You’ll be the go‑to resource caregivers trust. You’ll check in with them, celebrate their wins, support their challenges, and help create recognition programs and team‑building activities that make caregivers feel appreciated.
Support Daily Office Operations
You’ll help keep our office organized and welcoming — answering calls, assisting walk‑ins, maintaining caregiver files, and supporting care plan updates. You’ll also participate in our after‑hours call rotation.
Strengthen Client & Care Team Communication
You’ll help introduce caregivers to clients, relay important observations to the office team, and maintain warm, professional communication with families.
Qualifications
- Exceptional caregiving skills with the ability to demonstrate and model best‑practice techniques
- Minimum 3 years of experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, caregiver training, or office administration
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to coach, mentor, and support caregivers with professionalism and empathy
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
- Proficient with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and general office systems
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to maintaining compliance and accurate documentation
