- 4 to 12-hour shifts: $15-$17/hour
- 2-hour shifts: $20/hour
- 1-hour shifts: $30/hour
- Holiday pay at time-and-a-half
Provide personalized care based on each client's needs, including:
- Personal care assistance
- Bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Transportation and errands
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and emotional support
- Reporting changes in client condition
Required:
- Current CNA certification
- Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience with a licensed home care provider
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Current TB test
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and communication
