In this role, you’ll be the key connector between our caregivers and clients — ensuring every shift runs smoothly and every client receives the care and attention they deserve. What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and match them with client needs.
- Facilitate introductions between clients and caregivers to ensure a comfortable start to every relationship.
- Communicate proactively with the Client Services team about any updates, concerns, or changes related to clients or caregivers.
- Actively monitor open shifts, availability, and follow through to ensure all care needs are met on time.
- Handle potential client inquiries and answer questions regarding the services Senior Helpers provides.
- Build trusted relationships with both clients and caregivers through attentive, compassionate service.
- Participate in On Call rotation.
- Provide hands-on training to new caregivers as needed.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of experience in scheduling, staffing, or client services, call center experience (healthcare/home care background is a plus).
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience with a personal care software program and Canva is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- A proactive attitude — you stay a step ahead and keep everyone in the loop.
- A team player with a caring heart and a problem-solving mindset.
