We are currently looking for a Caregiver Lead. This means you would not have a specific Client and would instead go where you are needed that day at a location in Madison and the surrounding areas. Typical hours would be from approximately 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, although it could be slightly earlier or later. If you are not needed on a shift with a client, you will be in the office doing various administrative tasks. Home health experience is required. Recruiting and office experience is a plus!

Day in the life of our Caregivers... Our Caregivers might do a safety check when they first arrive, help prepare meals, or pick out clothes for the day. You may help our seniors bathe, get dressed, and brush their hair and teeth. You help them stay safe with medication reminders and general mobility around the house. You are a friend that plays games, runs errands, cleans up, and genuinely tries to make someone smile. Some of our Caregivers have certifications like CNA, HHA, or PCA, but those are not required.

If you have experience caring for a family member or have been a full-time parent, you can be a great Caregiver. If you worked in an Assisted Living Facility, Skilled Nursing, Senior Home, or Senior Center as a Caretaker, you are just who we need.
