Caregiver-Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) North Charleston
Summary:
Provides in-home personal care and support to clients under the supervision with the collaboration of the Care Team Manager and Client Care Manager . Assists with daily living needs, monitors basic health indicators, and helps maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

Support mobility: transfers, ambulation, and exercises

Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition

Provide companionship and emotional support

Light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
Qualifications:

Active state CNA certification REQUIRED

1 year experience

Reliable transportation
