Senior Helpers McKinney are urgently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers in the McKinney, TX and surrounding areas.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15, paid biweekly. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company, as well as ongoing paid trainings and support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and person-centered care to client in their home
- Accompany client to appointments and engage in meaningful activities
- Comply with all the company's policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Respect and maintain clients' privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Accompany client with appointments and errands
- Engage client in meaningful conversations and activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of professional, verifiable, experience working with seniors.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude
- Reliable transportation
- You are passionate about helping others.
- You enjoy customer service and communicating with clients.
