Examples of Job Duties: What does a day in the life of a hospice caregiver look like? Providing comfort and presence.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Provide comfort-focused personal care, including bathing, grooming, repositioning, and mobility assistance
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure safe, peaceful surroundings
- Monitor and report changes in client comfort, condition, or needs to the care team
