We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Caregiver to join our team in Greensburg, Latrobe, Bradenville, Ligonier, Murrysville, Monroeville, Irwin, New Stanton, and Mt. Pleasant for morning, and afternoon shifts from Mondays to Sundays. The ideal candidate will provide personalized care and support to seniors, assisting with daily activities to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires a patient and empathetic individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

Qualifications:

• At least 3-6 months of professional or personal experience in home care, caregiving, or related field (Required)
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (Required)
• Must be at least 18 years old (Required)
• Negative results of either a 2-Step TB Test or TB Quantiferon Gold Blood Test
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a passion for helping others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing/grooming, toileting/incontinence care, bathing, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• Offer transportation and accompany clients to appointments, outings, or social events
• Monitor clients' overall well-being and report any concerns
• Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times
