Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners
- Develop and manager new referral sources through face to face meetings, networking
- Contact and engage 8 to10 referral sources daily to develop relationships and gain referrals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Arrange presentations of Senior Helpers services at meetings in healthcare and senior-related organizations
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and community networking events
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and marketing ROI.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
