Job Summary:
As a Live-In Private Duty Caregiver, you’ll provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors, helping them live safely and comfortably in their own homes. You’ll assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and ensure a clean, healthy environment — all while living on-site during your scheduled shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to elderly clients in their homes
- Assist with personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting etc.
- Prepare meals, manage medications, and perform light housekeeping
- Offer companionship, engage in activities, and provide emotional support
- Monitor and document changes in clients’ health or behavior
- Follow individualized care plans and communicate with care teams
- Maintain a safe, supportive living space for clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience preferred (live-in experience a plus)
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient with strong communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- CNA or HHA certification a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Daily pay starting $230/day
- Free room and board while on assignment
- Flexible live-in shift schedules (2 to 7 days available)
- Long-term and consistent assignments
