Territory: Mira Mesa, Poway, Rancho Peñasquitos & surrounding areas
Status: Full-Time | Hybrid (Field Remote)
Travel: 60–70% within territory
Reports To: Director of Operations
Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base up to $6,000/year in quarterly performance bonuses

What You’ll Do

Grow the Territory: Build referral partnerships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and senior communities.

Be the Trusted Partner: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional, personalized service.

Lead Service Delivery: Oversee assessments, onboarding, and quality control to keep clients and caregivers supported.

Solve Challenges: Anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate—keeping care seamless.

Drive Results: Track KPIs, monitor growth, and leverage CRM tools to maximize impact.

Be the Face of Senior Helpers: Represent us at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.

We’re Looking for Someone Who…

Has 3 years in territory management, business development, or healthcare sales.

Is comfortable traveling 60–70% of the time.

Is tech-savvy, with CRM (WellSky preferred) and MS Office experience.

Think on their feet and bring a solutions-first mindset.
