Qualification:
- Proven experience in home care, senior care, or related healthcare field
- Ability to commit to live-in schedule (multi-day shifts as assigned)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Physically able to assist with transfers, mobility, and daily living tasks
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and trustworthy
- Who can work during the weekend live-in shift
- With a negative Tuberculosis Test
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Offer companionship and meaningful engagement
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide medication reminders (per care plan and state guidelines)
- Monitor client condition and report changes promptly
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands when required
- Maintain accurate daily care documentation
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment
