Qualifications:
- Experienced caregiver with a strong background working in flex/agency assignments and facility-based settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, and private care is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to different care environments, client needs, and care plans
- Skilled in providing personal care, companionship, mobility assistance, and support with daily living activities
- Knowledgeable in safety practices, infection control, and resident dignity and confidentiality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary care team
- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance for transportation to clients and facilities
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- With a negative Tuberculosis Test
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and light housekeeping
- Accompany clients to appointments
- Monitor well-being and communicate updates
- Document care provided
