We serve the greater Chicagoland area, so we serve a variety of clients to match you with! We have available shifts now for weekdays, weekends, flex care with our facilities, day shifts, evening shifts, and overnights.

Qualifications:

• You must be at least 18 years old (required)
• Prior caregiving experience preferred, but we are proud to offer you on-the-job training
• Ability to be reliable, empathetic, and flexible (preferred)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families.
• Patient, reliable, and culturally sensitive, with a strong commitment to preserving client dignity and independence.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with car insurance.
• With a negative Tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities:

• Build a positive relationship with your client by taking part in engaging conversations and participating in your client’s favorite hobbies 
• Be able to perform light housekeeping, cook, and run errands as needed
• Provide individualized care as detailed in the care plan
• Have the ability to remain calm and collected during emergencies
• Be able to communicate with the office regarding any client changes to the office
