Weekend Bailer Caregiver (Full-Time Schedule in Two Days!)

Position Overview:
As a Weekend Baylor Caregiver, you will provide high-quality, in-home care to seniors, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You will build strong relationships with clients while delivering essential daily support.

Schedule:

• Saturday: 16-hour shift
• Sunday: 16-hour shift
• Monday–Friday: Off

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Observe and report changes in client condition

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or personal)
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Ability to work long shifts (16 hours) with attentiveness and professionalism
• Strong communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be comfortable working in homes with pets (including cats)
