Registered Nurses (RNs) – Full-Time and Part-Time | All Shifts
Senior Helpers of Baltimore and Central Maryland is hiring compassionate, dependable Registered Nurses to support residents within a private, mission-driven residential community serving older adults in the Baltimore area.
This is a unique opportunity to provide personalized care in a calm, welcoming environment where relationships, dignity and continuity matter. Instead of traveling between multiple homes, RNs work at one consistent location and become familiar with the residents, their routines and the broader care team.
We are hiring full-time and part-time RNs for:
- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Overnight shifts
- Weekday and weekend coverage
Responsibilities include:
- Providing attentive, person-centered nursing care
- Monitoring residents and identifying changes in condition
- Administering medications and treatments as authorized
- Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Communicating with residents, families and members of the care team
- Supporting a safe, respectful and comfortable environment
- Following established care plans, policies and clinical procedures
Qualifications:
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Dependable, compassionate and comfortable working independently
- Experience supporting older adults preferred
- WellSky experience is a plus
- Ability to complete all required background checks and credentialing
