About the Role
Senior Healthcare Advisors is hiring a Junior Systems Engineer to support the execution and maintenance of the systems behind our lead generation and multichannel operations. This role reports directly to the Marketing Systems Manager and focuses on technical execution, including implementing CRM builds, workflows, automations, lead routing, and system integrations. The position ensures accurate data flow across platforms supporting paid media, call center operations, email, SMS, AI follow-up, and sales tracking.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain workflows, pipelines, automations, tags, custom fields, opportunities, and configurations in the CRM, with features similar to those of HubSpot and other CRM platforms.
- Build lead funnels that integrate paid media, landing pages, email, SMS, AI chat, call center follow-up, and reporting into a single customer journey.
- Support and maintain automated workflows and communication systems across CRM channels (email, SMS, call triggers)
- Collaborate in the setup of funnel logic that changes messaging, timing, and follow-up based on lead source, county, age, plan interest, engagement level, and call center outcome.
- Execute integrations between CRM and platforms such as Convoso, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Sheets, and third-party lead vendors.
- Use APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and Python scripts to move data between systems and automate manual work.
- Ensure accurate lead flow from first click through final enrollment, including lead intake, routing, attribution, call tracking, offline conversion uploads, and GCLID tracking.
- Monitor and troubleshoot broken workflows, missing leads, duplicate records, incorrect field mappings, failed API calls, and reporting issues.
- Query and validate data across systems using SQL and spreadsheets to identify problems and improve accuracy.
- Help improve lead routing logic and lead scoring so the right leads reach the right campaign, agent, and follow-up path.
- Support testing and optimization of nurturing campaigns that improve contact rate, transfer rate, appointment rate, and enrollment rate.
- Document workflows, naming conventions, integrations, and system logic so the company can scale without losing visibility or control.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in CRM systems, technical operations, and systems engineering
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRM and automation platforms.
- Experience building and managing multichannel marketing campaigns inside CRM, including email, SMS, automations, and lead routing.
- Experience using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, or similar tools to connect systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Python for automation, API interaction, and data processing.
- Experience querying and validating data using SQL.
- Understanding of how data moves between ad platforms, landing pages, CRM systems, call centers, and reporting tools.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues across multiple systems and finding the root cause quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to build accurately from defined requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.

- Building lead funnels, automated follow-up, behavioral segmentation, or predictive lead scoring.
- CRM snapshots, workflow templates, triggers, opportunities, and conversation management.
- Integrating CRM systems with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, offline conversions, and call tracking systems.
- Convoso, inbound call centers, lead vendors, or high-volume lead generation environments.
- React, front-end tools, or landing page systems.
- Health insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry.
