This dual role is key to supporting our staff and helping us deliver quality care every day.
What You'll Do
Scheduling
Build and maintain staff schedules to ensure proper coverage across all shifts
Handle call-outs, shift changes, and last-minute staffing needs
Track time-off requests and maintain accurate staffing records
Communicate schedule updates clearly with staff and department leaders
Central Supply
Order, receive, stock, and distribute medical and general supplies
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular counts
Maintain an organized, clean, and well-labeled supply area
Work with vendors on orders, deliveries, and pricing
Track supply usage and help control costs
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in scheduling, inventory, or supply chain preferred; healthcare experience a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
Clear, friendly communicator who works well with a variety of people
Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and be on your feet as needed
