What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Senior Flexonics - GA Precision?
We are currently looking for a Maintenance P.M. Technician to support all production and facilities requests.
Responsibilities
- Performing scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment.
- Follow detailed task instructions and record in detail all deficiencies found during the preventive maintenance task.
- Make recommendations to help improve or preventive/predictive maintenance program.
- Diagnose and repair/replace worn parts in machine tools and other equipment.
- Clean out chips, grease, coolant and other by-products from the production process.
- Changing out oils and lubricants.
- Clean out heat exchangers, fans and other cooling system components.
Skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
- Basic computer skills and general knowledge of CMMS.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Hand tools and tool box required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
