- Properly label, process, handle, and transport specimens according to protocol
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and specimen records
- Follow all safety, infection control, HIPAA, and compliance standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and compassionate patient interactions
- Maintain communication with office staff, nurses, and facility personnel
- Ensure timely completion of assigned routes and collections
- Maintain inventory of phlebotomy supplies and report shortages
