- Maintain thorough documentation and consistent communication.
- Active, unencumbered NP or PA license in the state you will be practicing
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience (geriatrics or primary care preferred)
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach and strong clinical judgment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
