Medical Assistant

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Pay Rate: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 100% In-Office

About The Role

Lykos Medical is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team. This is a fully in-office position, where you will play a vital role in supporting providers and ensuring patients receive high-quality, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and assist in developing care plans.
• Support providers with patient visits, procedures, and follow-up care.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the care team.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Manage resources and documentation to ensure efficient healthcare delivery.
• Assist with diagnostic evaluations and record treatment recommendations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Diploma required.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
• Previous experience in senior living or healthcare settings preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
