If you have a passion for serving others, a deep understanding of diverse spiritual beliefs, and the ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary care team, we welcome you to apply!What You'll Do:Provide Compassionate Spiritual Care – Offer direct spiritual and emotional support to patients and families, addressing their individual needs with sensitivity and respect.Collaborate with an Interdisciplinary Team – Work closely with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.Facilitate Meaningful Services – Lead memorials, religious ceremonies, and bedside prayers tailored to each patient's beliefs and preferences.Offer Grief & Bereavement Support – Provide counseling and resources to families before and after the loss of a loved one, ensuring continued emotional and spiritual care.Foster Community Partnerships – Engage with local faith communities, chaplains, and volunteers to expand the reach of spiritual support services.What We're Looking For:Spiritual Leadership – Graduate of an accredited seminary or theology school (BD, M.Div., or equivalent) and ordained or licensed minister.
