About the Company
Senior Connections is hiring a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to provide psychotherapy services to older adults in long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing facilities (SNF), and assisted living (ALF) communities throughout Western Washington (Tacoma, Olympia, Seattle, Bellingham, Vancouver). This is meaningful, relationship-based work with a medically complex and often underserved population.

Our services are Medicare and Medicaid funded, creating a consistent referral stream and sustainable clinical model.
The Role
Provide on-site psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches such as:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- ACT
- DBT-informed interventions
- Person-Centered Therapy
- Health Psychology and integrated behavioral health approaches
You will collaborate within interdisciplinary medical teams, including:
- Physicians
- Nursing staff
- Social services
- Rehabilitation teams
This position offers high clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong interdisciplinary integration.
Schedule & Compensation
- Flexible schedule
- 2–5 days per week
- Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
- Competitive compensation ($120,000 )
- Full time clinicians are offered additional benefits (IRA contribution, health care stipend, CEU reimbursement, etc)
- Autonomy in caseload and schedule
Qualifications
- Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington State (or license eligible)
- Experience in medical settings, VA, hospital systems, community mental health, or integrated care preferred
- Interest in geropsychology & health psychology
- Willingness to work in SNF, LTC, or assisted living environments
