We’re hiring Psychologists across Western Washington

Senior Connections has provided specialized psychological services in long-term care settings since 1998. Our work is rooted in improving quality of life for older adults navigating medical complexity, loss, and late-life transitions — populations that are often underserved and deeply deserving of thoughtful, skilled care.

We’re currently seeking licensed Psychologists for on-site work in:

Bellingham | North Seattle | Olympia | Tacoma/Puyallup | Vancouver


This role is well-suited for clinicians who value:

  • Relationship-based, meaningful clinical work
  • Autonomy and flexible scheduling (2 or 4 days/week)
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with medical and facility staff
  • Serving a medically complex, Medicare-funded population


The work

  • Direct psychotherapy with long-term care residents
  • Individualized treatment planning
  • Occasional consultation with facility staff
  • Focus on helping residents maintain dignity, autonomy, and emotional well-being


Compensation & structure

  • Pay equivalent to ~$110k full-time
  • Part-time and full-time options available
  • Additional benefits for full-time clinicians

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Psychology, including knowledge of theories, practices, and ethical guidelines
  • Expertise in providing therapeutic interventions for diverse emotional and mental health concerns
  • Interest in geriatric care and issues related to aging or long-term care
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams in a healthcare setting
  • Holds a Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) and is a licensed Psychologist in Washington State
  • Must pass background check and qualify for professional insurance
  • Additional experience in medical or healthcare-related fields is a plus but not required

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
