Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Psychologist. Openings immediately available in the Bellingham Area, North Seattle, Olympia, Tacoma/Puyallup, and Vancouver. The Psychologist's role is to offer direct patient services to a medically compromised, underserved population and to provide occasional consultation to facility staff. Key responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with other healthcare providers, monitoring progress, and ensuring that residents achieve their highest possible quality of life. Flexible schedule, two days or four days a week. Pay equivalent to 100k full-time; additional benefits for full-time employees.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology, including knowledge of theories, practices, and ethical guidelines
- Expertise in providing therapeutic interventions for diverse emotional and mental health concerns
- Interest in geriatric care and issues related to aging or long-term care
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams in a healthcare setting
- Holds a Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) and is a licensed Psychologist in Washington State
- Must pass background check and qualify for professional insurance
- Additional experience in medical or healthcare-related fields is a plus but not required
