Senior Care Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team on an interim basis. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide nutritional support and clinical expertise to long-term care (LTC) and assisted living (ALF) communities across Minnesota.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Complete and review MDS documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Provide patient and staff education on nutrition and dietary best practices
- Offer consulting and compliance support for LTC and ALF operations
- Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, including the Minnesota Food Code
Qualifications
- Current Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required
- Prior experience in long-term care or assisted living settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical documentation standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
