What You’ll Do
- Provide consulting services to SNF and ALF clients (including mock surveys)
- Support and mentor nurse consultants in the field
- Oversee consulting projects and ensure strong outcomes
- Guide clients on MDS, reimbursement (PDPM), and regulatory compliance
- Build relationships with clients to support retention and growth
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
- Travel to client sites across Minnesota
- Represent SCS through trainings, presentations, and speaking engagements
What You Bring
- RN with strong experience in SNF and/or ALF
- Deep understanding of MDS, reimbursement, and survey process
- Knowledge of Minnesota regulations
- Leadership and management experience
- Relationship-driven with strong communication skills
- Interest in consulting and business growth

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
